近日，全民开始抢购回乡票，我也是其中一个。在东航的APP上，我选择了积分兑换里的机票，结果当我用掉6000积分后还需另外支付610元费用。正常6000积分完全可以兑换一张机票。后来打电话去东航和线上客户咨询，都是一样的结果，是我操作失误。想问问东航，作为会员才会用APP，为什么分两个渠道来收取费用。作为会员不应该输入积分就直接抵扣吗？难道这是一种变相的收费方式？
